Former rival Vettel congratulates Hamilton on win: 'GOAT'

For years, they dominated Formula 1, fighting bitter battles. It was the time when world titles were shared between Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel. The German has since long since retired from motorsport, but Vettel has not lost sight of his rival of the past.
