It's official: Madrid gets a spot on the Formula One calendar
It had been in the air for a while, but is now official: Formula 1 will have a Grand Prix in Madrid. Formula 1 announced this, under the watchful eye of CEO Stefano Domenicali, at a press conference in the Spanish capital on Tuesday. The race will be run on a street circuit at the so-called IFEMA grounds.
