Zhou gets sent to back of Azerbaijan Grand Prix starting grid with pre-qualifying penalty

Kick Sauber driver Zhou Guanyu will start Sundays Azerbaijan Grand Prix from the back of the grid after power unit changes between practice sessions triggered a penalty.
