Penalty annoying, but other things bothered Verstappen: 'Didn't manage it'
Max Verstappen was annoyed by the penalties he received during the Mexican Grand Prix, but he also expressed his annoyance with the Red Bull car's performance. After climbing back up to P6, Verstappen could not gain further ground.
