2025 Dakar Rally: Toyota's domination ends, Lategan lead chopped

This time it was not a Toyota reaching the bivouac in first place, instead a Guillaume de Mevius led 1-2 finish gave X-Raid Mini its first 2025 Dakar Rally win, AFTER South African Toyota Overdrive driver, Guy Botteril, lost 5 minutes on his way to the third checkpoint. Henk Lategan's lead was cut by over 3 minutes, and Nasser Al-Attiyah found another gear entirely to climb to P3 at the Stage's end finishing ahead of Toyota customer, Yazeed Al Rajhi.
