Ferrari fined for the FP2 incident between Leclerc and Norris

Following a crash between Charles Leclerc and Lando Norris in the second practice session at the Singapore Grand Prix, the stewards announced that Ferrari have been fined EUR 10,000, claiming that one of the Scuderia's mechanics "misjudged the situation."
